We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process returns or exchanges.

2. How to Return or Exchange Items

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@runwayciteino.com or call (618) 945-7318 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), along with the RMA number.
  4. Ship the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • Restocking Fee: We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for certain returned items, depending on the condition of the product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@runwayciteino.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once the returned item is received, we will issue the exchange, and you will be charged or refunded any difference in price.


6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@runwayciteino.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to our return policy.


7. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.
